Claudia Lucero, grew up cooking alongside her mother and grandmother. She quickly learned more then just family recipes when she discovered the joy that comes from making fresh food together. In 2009 she launched Urban Cheesecraft with the mission of sharing the joy and ease of cheese-making right in your own kitchen! She created adorable kits that make it simple for beginners to experience the fun and deliciousness that fresh food brings.

Cheesecraft kits are made in the U.S. and they only source high quality, all natural, non-GMO ingredients. Claudia’s goal is to make it easy and accessible to get started and to continue with confidence.
