Joe, Noelle, Patty, Loren, Aubrey, Jessica, Kelli, Tim, Rosalie. What do all of these names have in common? Well, these are just a few small business owners around the country we have worked with behind the scenes. Not every company can partner with our team. Some don’t have shipping figured out. Some may not be able to grow very much yet. Others have their hands full doing all kinds of tasks- the story of a small business. Whatever the reason, we still meet with them and do our best to help.
When LifiBifi started, we knew we wanted to be a champion for the little guy (or gal!) Our customers do not always see some of the people we work with. We have talked to businesses for hours, knowing we will not be able to partner with them, but still wanting to help. One business sells cheesecakes. She was unable to ship at a somewhat reasonable cost and was worried about the quality of her product through the process. We brainstormed lots of ideas on how to protect the cakes through the rough and tumble delivery methods available. While, she is still not shipping, she has opened a new location (and is MUCH too busy to take on shipping for now!) since we met her and we were thrilled that she used some of our ideas for carryout orders.
We have offered countless companies advice on shipping, help with setting up websites, connections for expanding their reach, pricing feedback, flavor/color feedback, word choices and more. While we think all of these businesses are wonderful and we’d love them to be a part of LifiBifi, we know every business won’t be a fit. However, we do like to do our best to solve problems and give ideas. Who knows? Maybe one day we can introduce them to our friends and family. Or, at least, when they are the most popular brand in the world, we can say, we were a sounding board for them when they were starting out.
